Biography

Shawn is a very passionate trainer who drives those around him to meet their fitness and life goals in the most effective way possible. He encourages his clients to work smarter and harder! Shawn holds a B.S. in Nutritional Studies from Sac State and is also a NASM and NCSF certified trainer. Specializing in nutritional science as well as sports specific training he is excited to help you achieve your goals. He employs no nonsense fitness strategies to get you strong, lean, and healthy. Coupled with sound nutritional guidance, Shawn will help you become the best version of yourself!

His love for fitness stems from struggling with his own weight earlier in life. After seeing the affect his lifestyle change had on him, it became important to him to show others the power of fitness. During his free time, Shawn enjoys mountain biking, hiking, weightlifting, and when not on the move is a self proclaimed movie buff and foodie.
