Biography

Born and raised in Brooklyn NY, found my way across the country to Sunny CA in 1997. Health and fitness has always played an important part in my life and I definitely practice what I preach. I have been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and AFAA Certified Group Fitness instructor since 2007. Let’s call it my second chapter!

My passion is trail running and have run several Ultra Marathons. On any given day you will find me up in the hills enjoying all of the fabulous northern California scenery. I also enjoy spending time on the lakes and rivers in the summertime, kayaking, paddleboarding or just soaking up the sun!

My philosophy is, while we often need to work hard to maintain our health and fitness, you need to make sure that you’re having some fun while doing so! Let’s be honest…if you’re not having fun in some capacity you’re not going to do it! Leave every workout sweaty and smiling!! I look forward to seeing you in my Group Exercise classes, TruZone, and Functional Fitness classes.
