Biography

“I have always had a love for being active. I grew up a swimmer & it was my drive to be the best athlete that I could be, which led me to study the human body. I learned that taking care of myself meant a lot more then just working out & seeing how hard I could push myself. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, I realized true health meant caring for my mind, body & spirit. It meant respecting myself, getting in tune with & really listening to what my body needed. Through Pilates & other Holistic means, which I dedicated years of studying, I now no longer have any symptoms or signs of this autoimmune disease. Because of this experience, I am extremely knowledgeable & compassionate when dealing with clients who have restrictions. I use all pieces of the Pilates apparatus to focus on rehabilitation & injury prevention. I am passionate about sharing what I have learned with others so that they too may return to state of vibrant health.” B.S.
