Gratitude unshackles us from the bondage of negative emotion. It prevents us from ruminating on the negative experiences in life. Just as you would train your muscles, you can also train your mind. Gratitude needs to be practiced regularly. Take time to notice the things you’re thankful for. Live in gratitude. Live well.
