“Wellness is generally used to mean a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being.” At Rollingwood, we strive to provide many ways to help you achieve wellness through exercise, activities, education, feeling good, having fun and building friendships.

Rollingwood has an amazing group of onsite staff that are knowledgeable in assisting you with many aspects of wellness from nutrition to physical therapy to massage.

Ball Therapy

In this four part series workshop, you will learn how to take care of your body with a mixture of active release techniques using therapeutic massage balls. This form of active recovery is ideal for post workout and can prevent muscle soreness, inflammation and injury. Learn how to best utilize these techniques to release muscle tension, increase circulation and keep your body healthy and pain-free.

Fridays at 12:00 pm in the Functional Fitness Studio
WEEK 1 | 3/1 – Back and Neck
WEEK 2 | 3/8 – Shoulders and Arms
WEEK 3 | 3/15 – Hips/Legs/Feet
WEEK 4 | 3/29 – Abs and Respiration

Have kids? Kids Klub will offer extended hours for Ball Therapy!

$40 for entire series | $12 drop-ins
*Recommended that members purchase their own Yoga Tune-Up Balls, however tennis balls or lacrosse balls can be provided during class.


The miracle of bodywork is that it really works on many levels. Our Therapeutic Massage department is one key to healing yourself and releasing the every-day stress and tension that builds up and causes improper movement, which can lead to injury and fatigue. Lynn Alberts, CMT is well-practiced in proactive therapeutic bodywork and will work with you to establish a plan that can not only alleviate pain and stress symptoms, but actively prevent further injury and tension.
