Total Barre is an exciting fusion of Pilates, yoga, and core strengthening exercises. In this class, you’ll use a mixture of exercises using ballet style bars for support and a blend of body weight movements designed to tone, sculpt and lengthen your body. Reform your routine with this unique full body workout designed to add strength without the bulk!
Aerobics is back! HIGH Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow choreography. It combines FUN (pop songs new and old that everyone knows and loves) with INTENSITY (interval, plyometrics and cardio) with CONSISTENCY (each song has specific simple moves taught the same by all instructors). Together they make a recipe for success, repeat participation and results!
At Rollingwood Athletic Club we believe it’s never too late to get healthy so we provide a unique variety of Group Ex classes geared towards our amazing active Senior community. We offer fun and effective classes that include strength training, yoga, resistance exercises and cardio aerobics that are all formatted with our mature audience in mind. These classes focus on our members maintaining strength and agility, increasing vitality, improving balance, and even helping to diminish chronic pain. Whether active your entire life, or just finding fitness in the golden years, your fountain of youth can be found in a Rollingwood Group Ex class.
Be all the woman you can be during our unique and innovative Small Group Training Class designed with you in mind. This class provides an exciting mixture of strength training, cardio bursts, calisthenics/TRX, and high-intensity intervals all while listening to fun and energizing music! The workouts will speciﬁcally target those areas that all women want to focus on!

In-addition to our fantastic and varied Group X classes, we have created a special place for members to train in a more functionally focused, smaller group environment where the exercise modality-key is integration and teaching all the body’s muscles to work together rather than isolating them to work independently. This 90 minute class will be held on the first Friday of every month. RAC Self Defense is an overview of basic self defense for anybody.You will be taught how to identify threats, and apply self defense and survival skills in most common situations. Blocking, escaping, defensive striking, kicking and ground techniques. Be prepared for a good workout and lesson in self defense.
