Exercise is one of the most crucial options for arthritis management, can help lower systolic blood pressure through moderate intensity physical activity and is a great way to help with depression. Studies have suggested that group classes can help reduce symptoms of depression by 30%. Exercise is one prevention strategy that can also help slow down the mental decline. A recent study showed a 37% reduced risk and a 66% reduction in risk of dementia when older adults performed moderate exercise. Exercises help with the quality of life, better sleep, and you feel better. So let’s get moving more in 2018.
