We have to remember to drink our fluids. We lose water in several ways- respiration and evaporation from the skin, urine and feces. When we have water loss the following things happen: .5% increased strain on the heart, 1% reduction of aerobic endurance, 3% reduction of muscular endurance, 4% reduction of muscle strength, reduced motor skills and heat cramps.
