The Fall is here and we’re moving quickly into the Holidays. Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday… There is no better time than NOW to do a quick mental check-in to see where you are with your program and personal goals. Have you developed a gameplan for the remainder of the year? With so many activities and distractions coming up, don’t wait on planning how you want to finish the year out. There is no time to dwell on how far you’ve come (or haven’t come). You are here for a reason… Make sure you get the most out of your experience. Find your zone and give it everything you’ve got.

Do not hesitate to take charge of your goals. Let’s make sure you finish this season on the right foot. A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. All you have to do is pick up your feet… And with each step comes the decision to take another… until finally you reach your destination! Does this seem too daunting? Just know that whatever you decide to do, it’s important you start developing the momentum now that will ultimately carry you through the Holidays into the New Year. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Don’t stunt your progress by taking this season off. Drown out the voice of uncertainty and doubt with the sound of your own heart beat. It’s true that we have something in store for you right around the corner… and it’s guaranteed to get you in your zone!
