Rollingwood has an amazing group of onsite staff that are knowledgeable in assisting you with many aspects of wellness from nutrition to physical therapy to massage.

We are welcoming back our fall wellness seminar series, Healthy U. Take a journey with Lynn Alberts, through our bodies. How they function and how they communicate. Receive great information, practical tips, new routines to try and a better overall body awareness.

All seminars will be held at 5:30 pm in the RAC Cycle Studio on the given date.

 

Wednesday, September 13 - Our Bodies, Our Muscles

An introduction to how our muscles and bones work together, and what the difference is between functionality and mobility in our bodies.

 

Wednesday, September 27 - Ankles, Knees and Low Back

Learn how your ankles and knees effect your lumbar spine and pelvis. Receive great advise on knowing how to identify the causes.

 

Wednesday, October 11 - Head, Neck and Shoulders

Understanding the stressors on your head, neck and shoulders. Learn daily routines and remedies to relieve pain.

 

Wednesday, October 25 - Mobility

Understanding the benefits within exercising and stretching to get the most out of your mobility.

Massage

The miracle of bodywork is that it really works on many levels. Our Therapeutic Massage department is one key to healing yourself and releasing the every-day stress and tension that builds up and causes improper movement, which can lead to injury and fatigue. Lynn Alberts, CMT is well-practiced in proactive therapeutic bodywork and will work with you to establish a plan that can not only alleviate pain and stress symptoms, but actively prevent further injury and tension.
