Whether it’s Cardio Kickboxing, Indoor Cycle, Body Blast or Cardio Mix you will tone your body as you gain strength and stamina. Sacramento Traditional Shotokan Karate. Training classes are rigorous, with emphasis on understanding the principles of Traditional Shotokan Karate. These class are not geared for “sport.” All beginners are incorporated into regular classes and will receive specialized instruction. Anyone can start at any time. Recommended age for training is 12 years and up. If you are interested in trying out a class, feel free to show up at one of the regularly scheduled classes, or contact Sensei John.


At Rollingwood ​Athletic Club ​we believe it’s never too late to get healthy ​so we provide a unique variety of Group Ex classes geared towards our amazing active Senior community. The best project you'll ever work on is YOU! This class is for mommas looking to feel more energized, get toned muscles and burn unwanted body fat. Join us for a great workout in a fun and comfortable environment, and receive general nutrition guides that fit your body and goals. $


In-addition to our fantastic and varied Group X classes, we have created a special place for members to train in a more functionally focused, smaller group environment where the exercise modality-key is integration and teaching all the body's muscles to work together rather than isolating them to work independently.
